You are welcome to be entirely nude, or not as you wish, during the treatment. If you are at all cold, I will gladly cover areas not being worked on. I am a life-long naturist. My wife and I run a naturist bed and breakfast where nudity is normal. For naturists the human body is entirely natural and nothing to be ashamed of. Please understand that during a naturist massage, I will also be nude.
During an initial consultation, on your first visit, you will be asked a number of questions regarding your health and medical history to be sure that you will be able to receive a massage treatment. Rest assured that information given is treated in the strictest confidence. It may well be necessary, with your permission, to refer your case to your GP or medical specialist before doing anything.
If at any time before or during (after is too late) the massage you are uncomfortable with me working in sensitive or invasive areas, just let me know and I will avoid them.
A full and complete massage of either sex is not without the potential for misunderstanding. unlike spa or beauty massage a naturist massage allows full access to all areas of the body. Spa and beauty massage therapists are trained to maintain their clients modesty by keeping areas not being worked on covered at all times, some refusing to massage between navel and knee. The areas usually covered up are, of course, the genitals, buttocks and/or breasts. These areas are neglected in the interest of avoiding giving offence.
The course of a full massage, as I do it, starts on the back. I work over the whole area, the upper arms, shoulders and shoulder blades as well as along each side of the spine and down to the sacrum, buttocks and hip joints. On to the back of the thighs, lower buttocks, calves and feet to finish.
On your front I start by working down your legs from your thighs, calves and feet. I then move on to work around your abdomen and stomach muscles. Then your upper torso starting with arms, hands, shoulders and chest muscles (massage of ladies breasts is entirely optional). The upper shoulders, neck, face and scalp are included in a full-body massage.
Lymphatic drainage is blended with the general muscle strokes.
The strokes likely to cause concern are those that address the pubic area, groin, inner thighs, buttocks, and, breasts for women.
The pelvic girdle is central to walking, running, balance and has connections with all your core muscles where your strength and posture originate. Numerous muscles attach at front, back, top and bottom of the pelvis, all involved in balance and motion.
As such it deserves not to be omitted as is usually the case in a spa. I consider relaxation massage of this type to be irrelevant.
Back muscles attach at the pelvic crest and the spine or sacrum. Abdominal muscles attach to the top of the pubic bone and upper edges of the pelvis. The shape of the buttocks is formed by the big muscles running from the hips to the sacrum and pelvic crest. Major front and rear leg muscles attach to the pelvic crest. Muscles in the inner thigh attach to the lower surfaces and edges of the pubic bone.
There are clusters of lymph nodes in the creases across the tops of your legs, front and back, and down your inner thighs.
Working around the pelvic or pubic areas obviously requires a large degree of trust on your part. I shall be working very close to your genitals. I use plenty of oil so it's unlikely I would 'catch' on anything or do you any harm.
The tops of the legs front, back and sides, are initially treated with long strokes from just above your knees up into the groin, onto the hip or buttocks. Others involve squeezing the muscles along the full length, a wringing action across the muscles, and rolling (only from the front), with hands working from both sides up and down between knee and groin. Strokes to the inner thigh are done with the leg folded outward.
On your buttocks, after longer loosening strokes, I will use lines of small circular movements covering the whole area. In a spa situation these strokes usually stop about half way down, if they get that far. The buttock muscles are also squeezed and wrung during the upper leg massage.
As well as the clusters of lymph nodes in the thighs there is a major node in the centre of the abdomen. Treating all this starts as vibration on the abdomen, working down the inguinal creases and a drawing back to the abdomen from the inside of the knee up the inner thigh, into the inguinal crease and up each side of the pubic bone onto the central abdomen. The under buttock creases are treated, at the same time, from the front.
The breasts are rarely massaged in a spa or beauty setting and this is entirely a matter of personal preference during a naturist massage. They are often omitted as the tissue can be too sensitive to touch with any pressure, the amount that can be tolerated varying greatly from one person to another. There is little in the way of muscle here with skin tension providing support. There are, however, numerous lymph nodes on the breasts radiating out from the nipples. Strokes are a gentle kneading and rotation around the outer edges and away from the nipples towards the sides. Pectoral muscles run under the breast tissue and attach to the breastbone and ribs and are only accessed between the breasts and under the outside edges.
Massaging a completely naked male can be a problem with genitals getting in the way. My solution is simply to do the work. With plenty of oil there is little danger of injury or damage. Gentlemen need not concern themselves about becoming aroused - I've seen it all before!
Ladies should remember that a number of strokes are applied high between the legs in the crease at the top of your legs, front and back; directly beside the vaginal entrance, labia and on the perineum. Massage on or near the breasts and genital areas, is entirely optional.
